Yes, we offer flexible payment options. You can:

• Pay half now and the remaining half due on 1st January 2025
• Or, enjoy a discount for upfront payments.

The retreat is non-refundable; however, it is transferable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person.

This policy is in place because we’ve negotiated a special discounted rate with the venue based on a minimum number of rooms. Once booked, we are committed to paying for your reservation, even if you cancel. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with transferring your booking if needed.

Accommodation is at the luxurious 4.5-star Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove Resort. You can choose between twin-share and single room options.

Twin-share rooms have 2 Double Beds in each room.

Yes, the retreat includes:

• a two-course dinner on Friday night at The Fireplace Restaurant (dress in black)
• daily buffet breakfasts,
• Cocktail and Cheese afternoon tea by the pool,
• Other meals are at your own expense, such as the optional Saturday dinner at Georges Paragon.

This retreat is designed to be stress-free and flexible. There are no scheduled activities beyond those that we have arranged during meal times, and the Cocktail afternoon so you can enjoy uninterrupted reading, relaxation, and connecting with others.

Pack your favorite book(s), comfortable clothing, swimmers and any personal items you need for a relaxing weekend.

While it’s not mandatory, fans of the series will enjoy the themed atmosphere and discussions.

Yes, the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove Resort offers complimentary Wi-Fi for all guests.

Absolutely! Many attendees come alone and leave with new friends who share their love of books.

Transportation to and from the retreat is not included. Sanctuary Cove is easily accessible by car or public transport and only 30 minutes from Gold Coast Airport or 1 hour from Brisbane Airport.
